Beatriz Costa & Spa Hotel Costa Teguise, Costa Teguise

I had a lovely week at the hotel with my family, enjoying the competitive all-inclusive package. The friendly staff and entertaining animation team made our stay enjoyable, particularly with daily activities. However, the food temperature was often a letdown, and some areas of the hotel definitely need a revamp to enhance the experience. Overall, it was good value for money and we’re already planning our next visit.

This hotel left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the cleanliness and attention to detail really impressed me; the staff worked hard to keep everything gleaming and welcoming. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals, but I found the entertainment options lacking, especially for families. The pool area was nice but could be warmer, and the location was a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a shuttle bus.
